Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to 13L Game, operated under the domain 13lgame.com.co (“Platform,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Player,” or “you”) and 13L Game. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using our platform and close your account. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To use 13L Game’s services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher)
• You must be a human individual — corporate accounts, bots, and automated systems are strictly prohibited
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have a voluntarily closed account
• You must not be an employee, director, or affiliate of 13L Game or any of our partner companies

Account Registration Rules

• Each person is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any funds may be forfeited
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) secure and confidential
• Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorized it
• You must notify us immediately at support@13lgame.com.co if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposits

All deposits made on 13L Game are final once processed. We accept the following payment methods: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Net Banking, Bank Transfer, and selected Cryptocurrency wallets. Minimum deposit amounts and applicable fees are displayed during the deposit process.

• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited
• We reserve the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time
• Deposits made using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods will result in permanent account suspension and may be reported to law enforcement

3.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 2–5 minutes for most methods, subject to KYC verification being complete
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been verified and used for deposits, or to a bank account in the user’s own name
• 13L Game reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds
• Winnings arising from bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before being eligible for withdrawal
• We reserve the right to delay or refuse withdrawals where fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering is suspected

3.3 Currency & Taxes

All transactions on 13L Game are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR). Users are solely responsible for reporting any winnings to the relevant tax authorities in their jurisdiction and paying any applicable taxes. 13L Game does not provide tax advice.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

13L Game offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms and wagering requirements associated with that offer.

• All bonus offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions which are displayed at the time of the offer
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until associated wagering requirements have been fully satisfied
• We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at our sole discretion and without prior notice
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances
• Free bet bonuses, cashback offers, and reload bonuses are subject to standard 1x–5x wagering requirements unless otherwise specified
• Only one bonus can be active per account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on 13L Game use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Our RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing agencies.

• Game results are final and cannot be reversed or disputed once a round has been completed
• In the event of a software malfunction or technical error during a game, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to players
• 13L Game reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds or on unavailable markets
• Players must not attempt to manipulate or exploit any perceived flaws in game software
• Any attempt to use bots, automated betting software, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited
• Cheating, collusion, or any form of fraud during gameplay will result in permanent account suspension

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 13L Game and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or promotions
• Money laundering, structuring transactions, or using the platform for any illegal financial activity
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit our platform software
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or our staff
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited
• Allowing minors (under 18) to access your account or use the platform
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing or sports manipulation

Section 07

Account Suspension & Termination

13L Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other platform policy
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal behavior
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe
• Chargeback disputes initiated through your payment provider
• At the user’s own request for self-exclusion or responsible gaming purposes

Upon account closure, we will process any legitimate withdrawal of remaining funds after completing necessary fraud and compliance checks. This process may take up to 30 business days. Funds associated with confirmed fraudulent activity will not be returned.

Intellectual Property

All content on 13L Game, including but not limited to logos, graphics, game designs, software code, text, and trademarks, is the exclusive intellectual property of 13L Game or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without prior written permission
• The 13L Game name, logo, and branding are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization
• Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action

Section 09

Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

13L Game’s total liability to any user for any claim arising from the use of our platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. We strongly encourage users to resolve disputes through our customer support team before pursuing legal remedies.
